Scope of Service Loading Services: Our team will assist with the safe and secure loading of all items onto the moving truck, ensuring that furniture, boxes, and fragile items are properly packed and protected for transport. Unloading Services: Upon arrival at the destination, our team will unload the truck, carefully placing items in the designated rooms or areas as per your instructions. We will handle your items with care to prevent any damage during the unloading process. 2Service Availability Scheduling: Loading and Unloading services are available as part of our full-service moving packages or as standalone services. We recommend scheduling these services in advance to ensure availability on your desired move date. On-Site Consultation: If needed, our team can provide an on-site consultation to assess the scope of the loading/unloading process, particularly if there are large or specialized items that may require extra handling. 3Pricing Hourly Rate: Loading and unloading services are charged at an hourly rate, which is typically based on the estimated time required to complete the job. The final cost will depend on the size and complexity of the move. Minimum Charge: A minimum charge of two hours applies to all loading and unloading services. Additional Charges: Any additional services, such as moving heavy or bulky items, using elevators, or transporting items from an upper floor, may incur extra charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the service. 4Payment Terms Payment Due Upon Completion: Full payment for loading and unloading services is due before unloading begins at the destination. We will not begin unloading until the full payment has been made.
